G. Gooch the surveyor of Logan Co., award and determine as follows. We are satisfied from the evidence that the stone now planted where the elm tree is represented to have stood on the right hand side of the road from Mr. Lewis Wood to Mr. J. Harrison wood? (road?) on the south or west side of Black Lick Creek, the place pointed out by Robert Collins, William White & others, and the place claimed by sd Rankin & McLean as their corner on Clark's line, is upon Clark's line, and we determine that old stone be held and established as the northwest corner of the land in dispute between the parties, and the hickory tree near the line of Rays fence shown by Collins & proven also by Bennett being the ?? blocked by us, is considered by us as on the line of sd Clark's military survey.
