Tasker Family

                      Generation One

1.  Capt. Thomas Tasker; m. Rebecca Isaacs; 2nd husband; d. Aug 1700.
     He immigrated in 1673 to Maryland; a redemptioner. He was a member
of Council at Maryland. He was Treasurer at Maryland. He resided at
Calvert Co., MD. He left a will on 16 Mar 1699 at Calvert Co., MD;
proved 31 Aug 1700.

     Rebecca Isaacs married John Brooke, son of Robert Brooke and Mary
Mainwaring; 1st husband.
     Known children of Capt. Thomas Tasker and Rebecca Isaacs were as
follows:
     2.          i. Elizabeth Tasker, b. circa 1686; m. Col. Thomas
                    Addison.
                ii. John Tasker; m. Eleanor Brooke, daughter of Col.
                    Thomas Brooke and Anne; 1st husband; d. 1711.
                    He resided at Calvert Co., MD.
               iii. Benjamin Tasker; b. circa 1690; d. 19 Jun 1768;
                    bur. at St. Anne's Cemetery, Annapolis, Anne
                    Arundel Co., MD.


                      Generation Two

2.  Elizabeth Tasker (Thomas1); b. circa 1686; m. Col. Thomas Addison,
son of Col. John Addison and Rebecca Wilkinson, 21 Apr 1701; 1st wife;
d. 10 Feb 1706.

     Col. Thomas Addison was born circa 1679. He resided at 'Oxen
Hill', Prince George's Co., MD. He married Eleanor Smith, daughter of
Col. Walter Smith and Rachel Hall, in 1709; 2nd wife. He was a member
of Council from 1721 to 1727 at Maryland. He died on 17 Jun 1727.
