      "SC Jury Lists, 1718 through 1783" by Warren, 1977, which lists George Duncan, 1757, St.Helena - Port Royal area, a petit juror. (FHL book 975.7 P2w)
      "Marriage & Death Notices from Columbia [Richland Co.], SC, Newspapers 1838-1860" by Brent H. Holcomb, pg.25, which lists a marriage performed by the Rev. Mr. Duncan, at Gillisonville (Beaufort later Hampton Co.), on the 24th ult., William M. Bostick, Esq., to Miss Caroline E., second dau. of the late Judge Martin. SC Deed Book W, pg.60, the lease and release dated 20/21 Aug. 1741 of Richard Woodward, Gent., and Elizabeth his wife of Beaufort, to Charles Purry, Gentleman of Granville Co., for 250 lb currency, lot #8 in Beaufort, fronting S on the Bay, bounding west on lot #7, N on lot #9.
