Their marriage took place on October 16,1895 in Lawrence,Massachusetts.
At the residence of ex-councilman Fred R. Warren, 12 Winslow Place, last evening, his only daughter, Miss Harriet Reeves Warren, was united in marriage to Herbert Clarence Hyde a sketchmaker in the Pacific engraving room. The ceremony took place at 5 o'clock in the parlor,which was tastefully decorated with palms and other potted plants intermingled with branches of the maple tree,which were covered with bright autumn leaves. Mr Warren,father of the bride gave her away. The simple ceremony of the Episcopal church being performed by Rev.R.W. Hudgell of St Thomas'church.

The bride wore a becoming gown of china silk and during the reception which followed the ceremony,received a congratulatory telegram from the members of Class 97',Mount Holyoke Seminary, of which she was a member.

Refreshments were served by caterer Fred Bohannon. Among the guests were friends from Providence,R.I.,Worcester, Amesbury,Lowell and Andover. Mrs. James Rhodes, of Providence,R.I.,a noted soprano assisted in the entertainment.

The wedding presents were numerous and embraced a large number of useful household articles. Mr. and Mrs. Hyde have gone to housekeeping at 57 Bodwell Street.They will be at home to friends after December 1st.
