A copy of the picture and the above from the back of the photo was given to me by Bruce Littman in January of 2000. According to borough Historian Cheryl Hopper Todd students graduated after about eleven years of school in those days. Ellen Hopper identified below would have been fourteen years old at the time.

888-2-1-4 ELLA COOPER HOPPER, dau. of Jacob Richard Hopper (#888-2-1) and Harriet (Hattie) Ann Bogert, was b. in Westwood, NJ on 8 Aug 1885. She lived in Westwood where her family belonged to the Reformed Church there. On 28 Nov 1906 in Westwood Ella Hopper, dau. of Mrs. Harriet A. Hopper m. Harold James Perry (sic), at home First Ave. Westwood, after December 15th (Wedding Announcement - BCHS), Pascack Reformed Dutch Church records have Harold James Berry of Woodcliff to Ella C. Hopper of Westwood wit. Isaac B. Bogert and James Berry.(p.26). Zabriskie said he was the son of James Berry and Dora Spreng. He was b. 25 Jun 1885 in NYC.
