He retired after working over 20 years at Steel Inc., in Commerce City, Colorado. He was quality control and managed the drivers till 1992. Since then, he and his wife traveled and lived in Arizona in the winters and they have been in Yucaipa, California the past 12 years.

He leaves his wife of 27 years, Madeleine; son, Kenton and his wife, Linda; step-daughter, Anne Belick and son-in-law, Robert and 4 grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 4th, 2010 at 10:00am at St. Frances X Cabrini Catholic Church, Yucaipa, CA. Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel Yucaipa, CA.
