Irene Winifred SYPHER^2172,2173, daughter of James William SYPHER and Jeanette Isabel (Mae) WHEATLEY, was born on 10 October 1906 in Marlboro, Essex, Massachusetts. She died on 25 September 1996 at the age of 89 in Riverside, Riverside, California. She was buried on 30 September 1996 at Encinal City Cemetery in Monterey, Monterey, California.
