Everett Ladd and his descendants
Everett Dwight, the firstborn son of Elno Boyd "Dick" and Mary "Mamie" (Anderson) Ladd, lived from 27 Nov 1902 to 10 Aug 1976. He married Hestell Patterson on 24 May 1922 in Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma. They had four children, one girl and three boys. The girl, April Laveda, died of an accident at nine months of age. Their boys are George Elno "Elno," born in 1925 and died in 1985; Norman Gale "Gale," born in 1934 and died in 2011, and Everett Ruel "Ruel," born in 1935 and died in 1986. Gale married Nena Kathleen Ritchie on 11 June 1955. They had four children: Gayla, Shawn, Kyra, and Norman. Kyra died in Nov 1995. Nena, Gale's wife of almost 55 years, died on 25 Apr 2010. Gale died 24 Oct 2011. Gale and Nena continued to live on the home place in the Oak Grove community near Drumright, Oklahoma after his parents passed away.
