SHIRLEY FIORETTI
Shirley Jane Fioretti, Parkdale, Ore., died Aug. 8, 1996, in Portland, Ore., at
the age of 76.
Mrs. Fioretti was born Feb. 13, 1920, in Sheyenne,
N.D., to Elsie (Pierce) and Fred G. Cudworth. She grew up in North Dakota and
went to beauty school there. She moved to Bingen at age 19. She had a beauty
shop over Mulkey's Grocery Store in Bingen for about six years. She married
William Fioretti on July 2, 1949. They moved to Parkdale. They built her a
beauty shop there and she operated it until retirement in 1980.
Mrs. Fioretti is survived by her husband, William
Moretti, Parkdale, Ore.; sisters Jessie Conklin, Hood River, and Dale Hanson,
Devils Lake, N.D.; brothers Jack Cudworth and Fred Cudworth, Sheyenne, N.D.
No public funeral services were held. Unurnment of
cremated remains was at White Salmon Cemetery.
Gardner Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
