FINAL RITES FOR EMILIE LEHMANN FORMER RESIDENT
Emilie H. Lehmann was born in Minnesota on October 20th, 1886 to Albertina and
Emil Krenz. She had lived in White Salmon from 1912 until 1939, during which
time she owned and operated the Greenhouse and flowershop. After leaving here
she resided in Salem, Oregon where she spent much time in the care of elderly
and sick people.
Her husband, William passed away in 1928.
She leaves two daughters: Serena Danielson of Santa
Anna, California and Alfreda Van De Vanter of the Port Angeles, Washington; two
sons: Martin Lehmann of Ephrata, Washington and Arthur Lehmann of Seattle,
Washington; a brother, Paul Krenz of White Salmon; a sister, Otillie Reece of
Boise, Idaho. There are eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, January 11th at 2 p.m.
at the Gardener's Funeral Home in White Salmon with Rev. R. A. Riess, pastor of
the Faith Lutheran Church of The Dalles, Oregon officiating. Soloist was Mr.
Thomas Elefritz and organist was Mrs. David Stockman.
Internment was in the White Salmon Cemetery.
