Married.
Emigrated to U.S. in 1867. They left Christiana (Oslo), Norway on the frigate Refondo on April 21st of that year and arrived in Quebec, Canada on May 31. The Passenger List of that boat is listed on the 100 Years of Emigrant Ships from Norway web-site. There is an account of the journey that recounts the many deaths that occured during the journey. Eldest son, Ole, emigrated to the U.S. on 22 August 1873 aboard the boat, "Hero" (Source: Oudenstad, Halvard, Utvandringen til America, p. 404, provided by Richard Granum).

Peder, Sr. and family eventually moved to the Volga, Brookings, SD area. At least three children, Marthe, Olaus, and Martin remained in La Crosse County. Ole, Peter Jr. and Petra settled in South Dakota, Johanna married in La Crosse County, Wis. but moved away to the Dakota Territory (Traill Co, ND) in 1880 and possibly beyond. Sophie appears with her family in the 1880 Census, though I'm not sure if or who she married. There is a Soffie Myhre, b. 20 OCT 1853, d. 14 OCT 1890 who is buried in the family plot in Volga at the First Lutheran Church Cemetery. It has not been confirmed that she is the same as Sophie Granum shown below. It is also unknown at this point what became of Lauritz.

Kari appears in the 1880 Census in the Town of Onalaska residing with her daughter Marthe and Marthe's husband, Sven Thoreson. Son Martin resided with them as well. (Sheet 434, p. 34, 267/276) I have not yet located Peder in this census. Daughter Johanna had married Helge Thoreson, brother of Sven, and I believe I've located them in the 1880 Census living in Traill Co, ND (then Dakota Territory). (Source: Township T145, R50, ED#66, p. 15 (17 at Ancestry.com), sheet 245, 154/154.) I've yet to locate son Peter in the 1880 Census, but he does appear in the 1900 Census in Volga Twp, Brookings Co, SD (ED#34, p. 7B (14 at Ancestry.com), 125/125.)
Petra married Even Evenson and they appear in the 1880 Census in Brookings Co, Dakota Territory (T109, R51, ED#44, p. 20, 187/189.) In the 1900 to 1920 Censuses, Petra and Even reside in Oslo Twp, Brookings Co, SD.
