Introduction
UPDATE 1/16/2009

This web site was created in 1999 when I was an internet novice.  I was unable to update it for several years because of a change in email address and inability to access the password to the site.  A big thanks to a fellow researcher who contacted me again and spurred me to fix the site.  I will be updating soon, so please check back.
