Maxine Sweetman   Maxine F. Sweetman, 82, of Greeley died Sunday, Jan. 25, at Fairacres Manor Health Care Center, Greeley.   She was born Oct. 23, 1921, in Sterling to Roy A. and Marvel (Stice) Law.   On Dec. 24, 1944, she married Jerome J. Sweetman in Holyoke. He died Feb. 9, 1972.   Mrs. Sweetman attended elementary school and high school in Haxtun and graduated from Haxtun High School in 1941.   In 1945, she came to Greeley. She worked in the dietary department of Weld County General Hospital, now North Colorado Medical Center, from 1962 until she retired in 1987.   Mrs. Sweetman was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Greeley.   Survivors are a daughter, Marvel Ann Pierson of Centennial; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.   Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Adamson Memorial Downtown Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Greeley. Contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Denver.
