She was 92 years old.   Edith was born in Rutherford on April 1, 1918, to Angelo and Emilia Beroldo, and lived most of her life in St. Helena.   She married Lloyd Stice on Dec. 19, 1936, and they spend 46 wonderful years together until his death in 1982. They made their home in St. Helena, where they raised their three children, Ronald, Sandy and Judy.   She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking and making braided rugs. She especially loved going to local dances and trips to Reno.   Edith is survived by her sister, Dolores Weeks; son, Ronald Stice (Sue); daughters, Sandy McIntire (Bob) and Judy Parady (Larry); eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.   Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.   Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 2, from 1-4 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Chapel, 975 Vintage Ave., St. Helena. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 4, 11 a.m., at Morrison Funeral Chapel.

She loved children and opened her heart and home to everyone. She never hesitated to entertain strangers because she alw ays said, "you never know when you may be entertaining an angel." She has been greatly loved by each of us and will remain forever in our hearts. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 52 years, A.T.
