Additonal Information: Rolley Dallas moved here to Indian Territory with his brother James Allen Dallas in the early 1900's they came here with two covered wagons and a cow. Rolley and his brother lost everything but that first cow when they tried to "ford" the river near Ralston, Oklahoma and the wagons were swept away. He settled first with his brother in Pawnee Nation just South and East of what later became Pawnee, Oklahoma. He later moved his family to the small town of Vinco, Oklahoma and farmed the rich flood plains of the Cimmarron River, and would spend his Sunday afternoons with the men of the family catching catfish. He was married in 1879 to his first wife Mary Ellen Loyd, after her death he returned for sometime back to Schell City, Missouri and married a lady named Marth Ann Vance but soon returned to Oklahoma after the death of his second wife.

The family moved to Pawnee, Oklahoma when she was a infant. She attended school there through the eight grade and then moved with her family to Goodnight, Oklahoma. On February 28, 1919, she married Arthur Bertrand Davidson in Guthrie, Oklahoma. They lived in Marshall, Hayward, and Covington before moving to Enid in 1950. He preceded her in death in 1958. She enjoyed sewing and raising flowers.

Ellsworth Eugene Easton, 85, of Mt. Vernon, died at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2006, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.

Mr. Easton was born on May 18, 1921, in Greenup, to Charles Easton & Oda (Barbee) Easton.

Mr. Easton was a farmer.

Prayer Service will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday, following the evening visitation at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.

Rev. Delbert Hinson will officiate. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Lerna.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.

Mr. Easton is survived by special friends Howard Causey of Mt. Vernon, Cletus Rainey of Mt. Vernon, Rev. Delbert Hinson and wife Marianne of Mt. Vernon, Lottie McGhee of Mt. Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
