WEST SALEM - Milton M. Suboticki, 76, of West Salem, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at The Inn in Medina.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, with Pastor Marta Mathatas officiating. Burial will be at West Salem Cemetery, were military rites will be conducted by the James Stevenson American Legion Post 499 of West Salem.

Friends may call Monday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home, or one hour prior to the services.

He was born Dec. 17, 1927, in Barberton to Joseph and Mary (Topalsky) Suboticki and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

He was a car salesman at Freed & Welty and was co-owner of S&S Precision Siding, both in West Salem.

He was a member of James Stevenson American Legion Post 499 of West Salem.

Surviving are his wife, Charlene (Barnette) Suboticki, whom he married Feb. 15, 1985; children, Don (Susan) Suboticki of Manchester, Julie (Bill) Jamieson of Manchester, Ken (Wendy) Suboticki of Massillon, Mary Hoag of Brunswick, Susan (Bob) Kohler of Akron and Allecia Remington of Lodi; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Julia Nemione and Melana Conrad, both of Barberton; and a brother, Mike Suboticki of Barberton.

Three sisters and a brother died previously.
