Robert "Bob" Gray McClure, 60, of Franklin, died Monday, Dec. 26.
Born in Macon County to the late Charles H. and Ethel Gray McClure, he was a dairy farmer. He was a member of Morrison Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Maxine Roten McClure; a daughter, Julia Maxine Mason of Otto; three sisters Myrtle Nichols and Grace Holden of Otto and Susan Wallace of Franklin; two brothers, Bryant McClure of Otto and George McClure of Atlanta; and a grandchild. Services were held Wednesday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Bryant Funeral Home. The Rev. Melvin Brooks officiated. Burial was in Dryman's Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Richie Jones, Morris Stiwinter, Clinton Vinson, Roy Henson, Shorty Dowdle, and Warren Henry.
