I Silas Latham considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto my nephew James Latham all of my lands and tenement situated and lying on North Fork of New River and bounded by the lands of George Price and Nancy Gilly, Samuel C. Jones and the river.
