Spoon Bread

2 eggs beaten separately 1/2 tsp soda
Lard, size of an egg, melted 1 tsp yeast powder
1 pint sour milk salt
   

Cornmeal for a thin batter. Add the beaten whites and yeast powder last. Bake in a rather quick oven about half an hour.
