My Grandfather Stanislaus GALUS and my Grandmother Martha KUDRON, with her parents and siblings, immigrated from the Polish villages of Leki Gorne and Leki Dolne, Galicia, Austria Poland, to the Nance / Platte County area of Nebraska.  In September 1998 I found that the baptism/birth, marriage and death records for the Leki Parish had been microfilmed by the Mormon Church.  Not only have I found the records of my ancestors, but also those of many Polish folks who settled in the areas surrounding Tarnov and Krakow in Nebraska.

The following pages contain information for known connections between Poland and Nebraska.  These are not limited to records from the Leki Parish nor to Nance and Platte counties in Nebraska.  If you have information about your Polish-Nebraska ancestors I would be glad to add it to these pages to share with other researchers.
