In the U.S. Public Records Index, Volume 2 database I found a John A. ZIEMBA, born in December 1910.  Christian's e-mail indicated one of the ZIEMBAs was born about 1911.  I searched for other entries with the 6753 W Montrose Ave address and found the following.
