Mrs. Lydia Kier, 89, Dies in California

Word has been received concerning the death on Nov. 22 of Mrs. Lydia Brownback Kier, 89, in Santa Clara, Calif.

Mrs. Kier was born in West Vincent Township. She was a daughter of the late Levi and Priscilla Brownback.

She is survived by two sons, Roy, Modesta, Calif., and James, Washington State; a daughter, Mildred, wife of Anthony Pierotti, Santa Clara, several grandchildren and nephews and nieces.

Nephews and nieces include: Mrs. Harry Fowler, Spring City; Horace A. Hughes, Spring City; Howard Ralston, Phoenixville; Mrs. Charles Grubb, Spring City; Mrs. Helen McAfee, Spring City; Margaret Bogus, Phoenixville; Edith Pufko, Phoenixville RD and William Ralston, Phoenixville.
