Distribution to the heirs; Humphry Richards Jr; Susanna, wife of Thomas Belcher, Obadiah Richards and Samuel Richards, undated. Estate incapable of division among the children; 30 Sept. 1737, so a committee appointed to dovide the same, same day. Warrant 4 May 1737, to audit account of Humphry's esate, because of sundry disputes, etc., includes copy of the inventory that lists the gold and silver".1 |
