Corinne Pridgeon age 91 died Saturday Dec. 5,1998 at Nash Grove Manor.
Miss Pridgeon attended Bristol Intermont College in Virginia majoring in piano
and voice. During the war she worked in Panama for the government. After the
war she worked in Washington, D.C. in the payroll department for the
government until her retirement. She returned to her home town of Spring Hope
where she lived until poor health. She then entered Nash Grove Manor in
Nashville. She was a faithful member of the Spring Hope First Baptist Church
Choir for many years. She was the daughter of the late Elias W. and Martha
Abernathy Pridgeon. She is survived by one sister, Fleeta Hodges of Akron, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service was conducted Tuesday, Dec. 8,1998 at 11 a.m. at Oakdale Cemetery by Rev. Clark Rounds. |
