Clark County {} Know all men by
these Presents of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the love
and affection which I bear Sarah Autry of the said County of Clark in the State of
Mississippi as well as for the further consideration of one Dollar to me in hand paid
by the said Sarah Autry at or before the unsealing and delivery of these presents the
accpt (acceptance) whereof is hereby acknowledged have given and granted unto the said
Sarah Autry her Executors administrators and assignr (assignors) all my personal
Estate To wit consisting of Household and Kitchen furniture. My Stock of cattle
horses and hogs to have and to hold the Said personal estate unto her the said Sarah
Autry her executors administrators and assignr (assignors) forever. And the said Joel
Pridgeon for himself his Executors and administrators the said personal estate unto
the said Sarah Autry her executors administrators and assignr (assignors) against
the claims of him the Said Joel Pridgeon his executors administrators against the
claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant
and forever defend them by these presents. In witness I have hereunto Set my hand
and seal This 27th day of April In the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred
and forty Six.
