A1/125/48 Warminster Sessions July 13, 1813 Thomas OATRIDGE, age 46 and George OATRIDGE age 20, committed by T H Phipps Esq charged on the oath of John Sutherland, of the parish of Westbury, on suspicion of feloniously stealing a quantity of wheat, out of and from a barn, the property of Luth? Alexander Davidson Esq of Chalcot House. Warrant dated May 24 1813. Both found guilty and sentenced "to be confined in the County Gaol for six calendar months, three months thereof in the cells". Served term in Devizes jail till 11 Jan 1814 |
