Will of William Henry Robert Oatridge 1964

This is the last Will of me William Henry Robert Oatridge of "Sandfield Farm" Northwall Road 

Deal in the County of Kent  Market Gardener 

1. I Hereby Revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. 

2. I appoint my wife Charlotte Oatridge and my son William Charles Oatridge (hereinafter called  my Trustees  ) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will 

3. I Give Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever  unto my Trustees Upon Trust to permit my wife the said Charlotte Oatridge to have the use  occupation and enjoyment thereof or to receive the net rents profits and income to arise 

therefrom during her life and upon her decease 

4. I Give and Bequeath to each of my grandchildren who shall have attained or shall thereafter  attain the age of twenty-one years the legacy of Two hundred and Fifty Pounds 

5. I Further Give and Bequeath all my right title share or interest of and in the freehold  properties situate and known as numbers 39  41  47  49  51  53  55 and 57 Cannon Street Deal  aforesaid (at present represented by a quarter share therein derived by me from the estate of my 

late father William Henry Robert Oatridge) to my sisters Edith Butcher and May Oatridge or such  of them as shall be living at the death of my said wife and if both of them shall then be living in  equal shares absolutely 

6. I Give Devise and Bequeath all the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever and  whether real or personal unto my son the said William Charles Oatridge and my daughter  Margaret Charlotte Roberts or such of them as shall be living at the death of my said wife and if 

both of them shall then be living in equal shares absolutely- 

7. I declare that if my son the said William Charles Oatridge should deem it necessary to  discontinue the personal conduct of farming operations on the land now owned by me during the 

lifetime of my said wife she shall be permitted to occupy my bungalow situate and known as  Number 110 Northwall Road Deal aforesaid for as long as she thinks fit. 

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirteenth day of January One thousand 

Nine Hundred and Sixty Four

and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
