This is my Last Will & Testament and revokes the preceding one I bequeath to my wife all the household property and the residue of my estate is to be equally divided between my wife

Affidavit of due execution filed ON the 1st day of June 1911 Administration (with Will) was granted to Tabitha Otridge one of the residuary legatees
