Will of Thomas Otteridge 1701 (1151) PCC Will of Thomas Otteridge of Tellisford PRO Ref: PROB 11/468 Transcription: In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Otteridge of Tellisford in the County of Somerset Fuller doe make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First I will that all those debts I owe to any manner of person or persons whatsoever be justly paid and discharged Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margery the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of England to be paid her by my Executors hereinafter named when she shall come to be of the age of one and twenty years and that she shall be maintained by my said Executors until she comes to that age or be marryed. And in case my said Executors shall neglect or refuse to pay the said hundred pounds for as aforesaid then my will is that my said daughter Margery shall enter to all that my leaseholds Messuages or Tenements wherein I now live And the same to have and enjoy until the said hundred pounds shall be paid. All the rest of my lands Goods and Chattels whatsoever I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Margarett and my son Thomas to be equally divided between them And I make and appoint my said wife and my son Thomas to be jooynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this first day of September in the thirteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King William the third over England Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and one.
