I STANLEY LEONARD OTRIDGE of Flat 303 St. John's Hospital in the City of Bath HEHEBY  REVOKE all Wills and. other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me AND DECLARE  this to be my last Will 

1. I APPOINT CHRISTOPHER HUGH COUCHMAN of 4 Queen Square Bath Solicitor and my  son MAURICE STANLEY OTRIDGE of 40 Meadow Drive Devizes Wilts to be the Executors and  Trustees of this my Will. 

2. I GIVE to my wife ELSIE MARY OTRIDGE absolutely and free of all duties and. other taxes  (if any) payable on or by reason of my death all my personal chattels as defined by Section 55  (1) (i) of the Administration of Estates Act 1925. 

3. I GIVE all my property not otherwise disposed of by this my Will or by any Codicil hereto  unto my Trustees upon trust to sell the same (with power to postpone sale) and out of the  moneys to arise from such sale to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses death duties debts 

and legacies and all other taxes arising on or any reason of my death and TO HOLD the residue  of the said proceeds of Sale and any ready money (hereinafter called "my residuary estate")  upon trust to divide the same into twelve equal shares and TO HOLD eight of such shares for my  said wife absolutely and TO HOLD the remaining four of such shares for such of them my 

daughters EDNA MARY PARADISE of 55 Bernays Road Lindun  Queensland. 4178 Australia BETTY BUDGE of 1 Latchem Road Fair Oak Eastleigh Hampshire  and BABBARA JEAN WELLS of I Lyndhurst Road Oldfield Park Bath and my said son 

MAURICE STANLEY OTRIDGE as shall survive me and. If more than one in equal shares  absolutely PROVIDED THAT if my said. wife shall predecease me her shares in my residuary  estate shall accrue to the remaining shares thereof and. be held on the trust thereof. 

4. ANY EXECUTOR or trustee for the time being hereof being a solicitor or other person  engaged In any profession or business shall be entitled to charge and. be paid. all usual  professional or other charges for business done by him or his firm In connection with the proving  hereof or the execution of the trusts hereof whether In the ordinary course of his profession or 

business or not and including business which an executor or trustee not being engaged in any  profession or business could have transacted personally
