Will of Simeon Oatridge 1749 Source: w3: Consistory Court of Sarum Wills. (967) Will Transcript: In the Name of God Amen the Twenty third day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty nine I Simeon Oatridge of the parish of Bremhill in the County of Wilts victuler being sick but of sound and diposing mind memory and understanding do make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forms following (that is to say) I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hopeing thro' the Meritts of my Saviour Christ to ??? Eternall Life And my body to be buried at the direction of my Executrix herein afternamed And as for such Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased Almighty God to Bless me with all I Give and Bequeath the same to my Loving Wife Anne Oatridge whom I make full whole and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby Revoke diannull and make void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Simeon Oatridge have hereunto sett my hand and seal the day and year first above written The mark of "S" Simeon Oatridge Signed Sealed published and------ Declared by the said Simeon ----- Oatridge as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses in his presence and in the presence of one another Robt.
