Will of Sarah Oatridge 1858 Source: w2: Principal Probate Registry Wills. Transcript of PPR Will: This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Oatridge of Oaksey in the County of Wilts Spinster All my Real and Personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath unto my niece Sarah Oatridge of Oaksey aforesaid Spinster to hold to her her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature thereof respectively for her and their own use and benefit subject only to the payment of any debts funeral and testamentary expenses And I appoint my said niece my sole Executrix In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight - Sarah Oatridge Signed published and declared by the said Sarah Oatridge the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - W L Cooke Sol.
