EXECUTORS; My brother in law Daniel OATRIDGE & Thomas OATRIDGE. WITNESSES; Daniel LAGGETT Jane LAGGETT Robert STEVENS. RECITAL; By the Marriage Settlement made with my late husband Henry OATRIDGE of Downington Gentleman now deceased re the 800 pounds to be raised from certain lands 4 hereditaments after his death & as there are no issue of our marriage I can hereby dispose of this sum accordingly:- BEQUESTS OF MONEY; To Ann MATTHEWS daughter of my brother in law Daniel OATRIDGE the wife of Walter MATTHEWS 50 pounds. To Mary OATRIDGE wife of Daniel OATRIDGE of Doughton in Parish of Tetbury (Co.Glouc) 50 pounds To her sister Margaret MATTHEWS of Buscot Co.Berks spinster £50 To Margaret *GEATREL* widow the daughter of Daniel OATRIDGE £50 To my God daughter Mary MATTHEWS £20 to buy a piece of plate. To the Poor of the Parish of Lechlade £5 To my servants of 2 years if still in my service at my death £5 each.
