(302) Transcript of Will: 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Orlando Oatridge of Cape Lane in the Parish of  Smethwick in the county of Stafford Beerhouse Keeper First I direct that all my just debts funeral  and testamentary expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my executrix hereinafter mentioned 

and after payment thereof I give devise and bequeath all my real and freehold property together  with the Public House known as the Holly Bush Tavern in the aforesaid Cape Lane Smethwick  and the land adjoining being a portion of the freehold upon which the public is situated all my 

household furniture linen plate china stock in trade book debts and all other my personal estate  and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and also all estates to which I may be entitled at the  time of my decease either in possession reversion or remainder unto my dear wife Susan  Oatridge for her own sole and separate use and benefit during the term of her life At the demise 

of the aforesaid Susan Oatridge all the freehold estates and other property as above mentioned  to be equally divided between my two children Henrietta Mills (my daughter) and my son Charles  Oatridge and I hereby appoint my wife Susan Oatridge my executrix of this my last Will hereby 

revoking all former and other wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto  set my hand this eighth day of September One thousand eight hundred and seventy one Signed  and declared by the above named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the 

presence of us being both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the  presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names: signed Orlando Oatridge  William  Henry Lewis  Cabinet Maker  234 Gooch St  Birmingham  Henry Mills  Fitter  Holly Bush  Cape  Lane  Smethwick. 

Proved at Lichfield the third day of November 1874 by the oath of Susan Oatridge widow the  relict the sole executrix to whom Administration was granted 

The Testator Orlando Oatridge was late of Cape Lane in the parish of Smethwick in the couunty 

of Stafford Beer House Keeper and he died on the fifth day of November 1871 at Cape Lane  aforesaid  Under £100  Henry Hawkes  Birmingham 

Rectify the above to be a correct copy of the Original Will.
