Will of Mary Oatridge 1806 Source: w5: Prerogative Court of Canterbury Wills. In the Name of God Amen I Mary Oatridge in the parish of Lechlade in the County of Gloucester do make this my last will and Testament that is to say I give my soul to God who gave it and my Body to the Earth to be plan and decently interred in Tetbury Church in the same Grave with my husband Daniel Oatridge and I give my wordly effects in manner following I give and bequeath to my Brother David Matthews the sum of fifty pounds and I give to my borther Simon Matthews the sum of one hundred pounds and I give to my nephew Walter Matthews the sum of twenty pounds my ????? and also I give my Nephew Walter Matthews my two silver coasters and morroco? spoon and I give to my Cousin Ann Matthews the sum of one hundred pounds to enjoy for the rest of her natural life and at her decease to be equally divided between her two daughters ???? Williams and Mary Matthews and I give to my sister Margaret Matthews al my peate? that is not ?? ways ?? ?? and all my lining ?? wearing apparel and household goods of all sorts and I give to my sister Margaret Matthews the remainder after paying the legacys out of my property in ?? four ??? ?? Government Securities to enjoy the use of it during her natural life and at her decease ???? to Walter Matthews Paul son of John and Mary Paul the sum of five hundred pounds if she should die before my sister Margaret Matthews that to be equally divided between th?? sisters ??? as are then living and the remainderto be equally divided between my Nephews and Nieces that is to say Mary Matthews Walter Matthews David Matthews Elizabeth Holmes?
