August the 24 1670  147 

In the name of god amen I Margaret Oatridg of Wootton Rivers in the County of Wilts ???? doth  make this my last will and testament being weak in body if of perfect memory witnesseth as 

followeth--- 

Imprimis I bequeath my Soul to God that gave it my maker and ??? Jesus and ??? of the  resurrection from the dead and my body decently to be interred in the Churchyard and as for my 

goods as followeth--- 

Imprimis I give to daughter Mary my great kettle  Item to my grandchild my cupboard and table board him called by the name of William 

OATRIDG  Item I give to my grandchild Anthony OATRIDG my great poote(?)  Item my wearing clothes equally to be divided amongst my daughter Sisley and son Robert 

daughters  Item to my grandchild Dorothy two pewter platters (assume she is dau of Sisley)  Item to my daughter Sisley my warming pan  Item I make my son-in-Law Gorg HELLIER my sole executor in witness hearto of I have sett to 

my hand and seal the day and year above written

An inventory of all such goods and sums of monies as Margereat Oatridg of Wotton Rivers in the  County of Wilts widdow did on ???? with all taken by us ??? names and hearunto wrighten the  date and year above wrighten 

Imprimis her wearing apparell 3-0-0  one Chair 0-6-8  one Coffer 0-2-0 

a pair of blanchoats (blankets?) 0-3-0  another 0-1-0  five pewter ???? 0-5-0 

???? ???? 0-1-6  Two ???? beadsteads 0-3-0 

one ???? 0-0-2  One Chamber pot ??? ???? 0-2-0  a ?? pott a little Kettle ??? 0-8-0  a ??? and one barrle 0-4-0
