I Kate Lambert Oatridge of Wellington House  Deal in the County of Kent the wife of William 

Oatridge hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions and declare this to be my  last Will 

I appoint my son-in-law John Arthur Tapping and my son Ronald William Oatridge (hereinafter 

called "my Trustees") to be executors and trustees of this my Will. 

I Devise and Bequeath all the estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate  to which I shall be seised possessed or entitled at my death or over which I shall then have a 

general power of appointment or disposition by Will subject to and after payment thereout of my  funeral and testamentary expenses and debts unto my Trustees upon trust for sale and  conversion into money but with full power in their uncontrolled discretion to postpone the sale 

and coversion of the whole or any part of parts thereof for so long as they shall think fit. 

My trustees shall hold the said trust premises and the income thereof whether before or after  such sale and conversion as aforesaid in trust to divide the same equally among my five children 

Provided always and I declare that if any child of mine dies in my lifetime leaving issue living at  my death the share or interest to which such child would have been entitled if he or she had  survived me shall go and devolve as if such child had survived me and died immediately after  my death but this provision shall operate by way of direct gift to the person or persons 

beneficially interested under the Will or on the intestacy of such child and shall not make the  share or interest of such child part of his or her estate so as to be liable to debts or estate or  other duty. 

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of July One thousand nine  hundred and thirty

1ST CODICIL

I Kate Lambert Oatridge of Wellington House  Deal in the County of Kent the wife of William  Oatridge hereby declare this to be a Codicil to my Will which bears date One thousand nine 

hundred and thirty 

1. In addition to any thing given by my said Will to my youngest daughter Marjorine Viviee Mary  known as Peggy I hereby bequeath to her free of duty any motor car I may own at the date of my 

death all my articles of toilet including my dressing table silver my sewing machine and all the  money which I have in my account or accounts at the Wembley Branch of the National  Provincial Bank Limited. 

In all other respects I hereby confirm my said Will. 

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of February One thousand nine  hundred and forty-one

I Kate Lambert Oatridge of Wellington House  Deal in the County of Kent the wife of William  Oatridge hereby declare this to be a Second Codicil to my Will to which the First Codicil which  bears date the fifth day of February One thousand nine hundred and forty one 

1. I Hereby Revoke the appointment of my son-in-law John Arthur Tapping as one of my  executors and trustees and I appoint my son Norman Charles Oatridge to be an executor and  trustee of my Will and to act jointly with my son Ronald William Oatridge 

In all other respects I hereby confirm my said Will as altered by the First Codicil thereto. 

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-second day of August one thousand  nine hundred and forty-four
