Will of Hillier John Otridge 1962 Source: w2: Principal Probate Registry Wills. (805) PPR Will Transcript: THIS IS THE LAST Will and TESTAMENT of me HILLIER JOHN OTRIDGE of 94 Newbridge Road Bath. I appoint EILIEN ROSE WHITE of 3 George Street Chambers Bath Spinster Executrix of this my Will and declare that any Executor or trustee being a Solicitor or other person engaged in any profession or business shall be entitled to be paid all usual professional or proper charges for business transacted in connection with the trusts hereof including acts which an Executor or trustee not being in any profession or business could have done personally. After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I leave to my Brother HERBERT VICTOR OTRIDGE five hundred pounds. As to all the residue and remainder of my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I may die possessed or entitled I leave the same absolutely to my Wife DAISY for her sole use and personal benefit. I hereby revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of June in the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty two.
