To my sister Margaret SCAMBLER annuity for life out of my lands at Shaw in parish of Lydiard Millicent Co. Wilt. To my niece Elizabeth OATRIDGE spinster daughter of my late brother Samuel OATRIDGE an annuity after her mother dies. To my nephew Daniel OATRIDGE cheesefactor all my leasehold in Crudwell which I lease from the Duke of Kent. To my servant Ann MILLS...... To James KILMINSTER of Crudwell and his wife (unnamed) and their children Richard and Margaret.......... To my kinsman Mr Henry Oatridge son of my late brother John...... Also stating he had already assigned the estate held under the Duke of Kent to his nephew Daniel the cheesefactor.
