Proved: 5 May 1747 at London in PCC by Henry TUCKEY son & sole executor 

Witnesses: J GILBERT  Anthony FARMER  Robert HARDING 

Bequests of Money: To my wife Sarah 10 pounds to buy mourning. 

To my daughter Sarah TUCKEY  £2000  of which £1750 to be paid within 2 yrs after my  decease & the residue £250 to be paid within 6 mths after the death of my Aunt Margaret  SCAMLER  my Aunt to have the Interest on the £250 for her life  & for this I have given Security 

to Mr Henry OATRIDGE of Lechlade (Glouc). 

To my son Robert TUCKEY and his wife (unnamed) £10 a piece for mourning. 

To each of my servants 40 shillings a piece. 

To the Poor of the Parish of Rodbourne Cheney £5 

Bequests of Land: Mentionms: Wife Sarah  William SLOPER  son Henry TUCKEY  and sisters  Mary & Elizabeth TUCKEY  and brother Robert.
