I ELIZABETH HARRIETTE OTRIDGE of 15 Waterloo Street Hove in the County of Sussex Spinster hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will v/hich I make this Second day of June One thousand nine hundred and forty five

SUBJECT to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts I GIVE all my securities now or at the time of my decease deposited for safe custody at the Midland Bank Hove (Lansdowne Place Branch) also all money standing to the credit of my account at the said

Bank at the date of my decease and any 'money In my Post Office Savings Bank Account at St. John's Worcester No 7085A Together with all my personal belongings and effects and goods deposited at Winwoods Depositories Worcester to my niece Marion Elizabeth Ricketts (daughter

of my half brother the late David Morris Hood) the wife of John Ricketts now residing at 91 Redstone Farm Road Hall Green Birmingham absolutely and I GIVE AND BEQUEATH all the rest of my property whatsoever and wheresoever to the said Marion Elizabeth Ricketts absolutely and appoint her to be the Executrix of my Will

I DESIRE that my body may be cremated and my ashes deposited as .my Executrix shall think fit but I direct that a qualified Medical Practitioner shall sever an artery in my arm before such cremation shall take place

AND I EXPRESS a wish that Mr. Robert Breach of 7 Western Road Hove Solicitor may be employed if possible as Solicitor In connection with the administration and winding up of my Estate

THIS IS A CODICIL to the last Will of me ELIZABETH HARRIETTE OTRIDGE of 15 Waterloo

Street Hove in the County of Sussex which Will bears date the Second day of June One thousand nine hundred and forty five

1. I APPOINT the Midland Bank Executor and Trustee Company Limited (hereinafter called "the

Company") Executor and Trustee of my Will upon the conditions specified in the Company's handbook in use at the date hereof in the place of Marion Elizabeth Ricketts and my said Will

shall in all respects be read and construed as though the name of the Company had been inserted therein in the place of the said Marion Elizabeth Ricketts as Executor and Trustee thereof AND I DECLARE that the Company ahall be entitled to remuneration (free from duties and in addition to the customary share of brokerage) in accordance with the Company's scale of

fees which is in force at the date hereof

2. IN ALL OTHER respects I confirm my said Will DATED this Twenty second day of July One thousand nine hundred and forty six
