PPR Will Transcript (589) I Eliza Oatridge of Fairford in the County of Gloucester Spinster hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and testament I bequeath the following legacies namely to Mr Ellen Iles of Croft House One hundred pounds To Mrs Charlotte Maria Hooper Fifty pounds To Mr Charles Cornwall One hundred pounds To Mrs Susan Cornwall One hundred pounds To Mr James Cornwall One hundred pounds And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my estate real or personal over which I have any power of disposition by Will I hereby devise and bequeath the same unto Mr John Price the eldest son of the late Mr Richard Gerring Price of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester absolutely and I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this first day of June 1887 - Eliza Oatridge - signed by the said Eliza Oatridge as her last Will in the presence of us together at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - Gilbert McAquham Solicitor Cheltenham - William Crawford Draper Fairford Proved at Gloucester the 12th day of July 1887 by the Oath of RIchard Thomas John (in the Will called John) Price (the eldest son of Richard Gerring Price deceased) the sole Executor to whom administration was granted The Testatrix Eliza Oatridge was late of Fairford in the County of Gloucester and died on the 14th day of June 1887 at Fairford aforesaid Personal Estate: £2189-16-3 Ticehurst & Sons Solrs.
