The name Hawes look like Dawes in the writing but other evidence points to Hawes

In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Oatridge of Brook Street in parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney

Middx Gentleman being of sound and diposing mind and memory do make ???? this to be my last Will and Testament that is to say I give and bequeath to John Dawes and Mary Rachel Dawes his wife my five copyhold houses in situate in Brook Street in the parish of Saint Dunstan

Stepney in the County of Middlesex being No 72 73 74 75 and 76 also my other six copyhold houses situate in Blue Anchor Court in the said parish and County aforesaif being Nos 1

5 and six also my other five Copyhold house situate in New Court in Davids? Court in the said parish and county with a piece of Copyhold ground for building unit? houses thereon also

my four leasehold houses situate and being in New Street Greenfield Street in ??? and old Town in the parish of ASaint Dunstans Stepney in the said County of Middlesex with all other property of what nature or kind whatsoever that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease together

with my property that is now or ???? be ??? after in the Government funds to have and to hold the same for an ???? their natural lives and after their decease the whole of the said houses and other property to be equally divided between their children namely John Daniel Dawes Joseph

Dawes James Thomas Dawes and Mary Rachel Dawes and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dearly beloved brother and sister the said John Dawes and Mary Rachel Dawes his wife who now reside in Brook Street in the parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney in the said county of Middlesex my executor and executrix of this ??? made by me and I now declare this only to be

my last Will and testament in ??? whereof I have ??? set my hand and ??? this twelfth day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighteen - Daniel Oatridge - Signed sealed published and declared by the said Daniel Oatridge as and for his last will and testament in the
