In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Oatirdge of Furnival Inn London Gentleman being indisposed  of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praised be to God therefore I do make and  ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. That is to say I commend 

my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body I commit to the Earth to be  decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And to my worldly Estate with  which it hath pleased God to bless me my debts and funeral charges being thereout first paid  and discharged I give and dispose thereof as followeth 

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my sister Bridgett Ballard the wife of Henry Ballard of London  ???? Maker the sum of One hundred pounds to be paid to her my said Sister within six months  after my decease 

Item I give and bequeath for Mr Edward P?? (Periam?) of Clements Lane London Gentleman  Thirty Guinease for mourning. 

All the Rest and Residue of my Estate goods and chatells both real and personal whatsoever and  wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same to my said Sister Bridgett Ballard and to the  rest of my relations and Kindred to be divided among them according to the Act of Parliament  made and provided for the distribution of Intestate Estates And I do hereby make constitute and 

appoint her my said Sister Bridgett Ballard and the said Edward P?? Joint Executors of this my  last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by and heretofore made and declaring  this to be my only last Will and Testament 

In witness whereof the said Daniel Oatridge the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament  sett my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of August in the second year of the reign of our  sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland King 

Defender of the faith Anno ??? 1728  Danl Oatridge signed sealed published and declared by the  said Testator in the presence of us who have subscribed our names and witnessed in his  presence Gustavo Harben? W Renwicke
