Ch. Rathsrigg Saxon Ruler, "Saxon," was bred by Ian and Margaret Phillips, West Yorkshire, England. He is owned by Linda Freeman and Laurie Egnell, and lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with Laurie. Saxon became an American Champion just after his first birthday. His first litter produced a son who finished with five majors.
