WARNING:  For research purposes only!!  I have reason to believe that there may be errors in this report.  Possibly including some major ones involving lineage.
These Norwoods, plus some of their children and in-laws, all worked in various paint supply stores in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  These stores all carried the Norwood name in some form, Norwood & Co, The John Norwood Co, and Norwood & Brinkerhoff.  John, William and James list their birth place as Ireland and may be brothers or otherwise related somehow.  Robert lists himself as born in New Jersey but his parents were both born in Ireland.  He too worked in one of the Norwood paint stores and may be related.

     1.  John1 Norwood was born Abt. May 1836 in Ireland, and died March 01, 1906 in (Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ).  He married Mary E. Shorrock Abt. 1858 in (Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ).  She was born Abt. September 1836 in New Jersey, and died April 02, 1914 in (Paterson, Passiac Co, NJ).

July 1863 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ, and died Aft. 1920 in (Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ).  He married Ida Kinter April 03, 1888 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  She was born Abt. February 1868 in Passaic, Essex Co, NJ, and died Aft. 1920 in (Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ).

     6.  Eleanor "Nellie"2 Norwood (John1) was born May 29, 1876 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ, and died February 19, 1939 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  She married James Irving Brinkerhoff June 04, 1895 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  He was born August 20, 1874 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ, and died April 03, 1922 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.

     11     iii.     Jack Brinkerhoff, born June 05, 1902 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  He married Elizabeth Stone January 22, 1925 in New York City, NY.
     12     iv.     Mary Norwood Brinkerhoff, born January 23, 1906 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.  She married Jack B. Lyle January 01, 1925 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.
     13     v.     James Henry Brinkerhoff, born December 18, 1908 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ; died October 23, 1949 in Hawthorne, Passaic Co, NJ.  He married Thelma Elaine Davies October 08, 1930 in Paterson, Passaic Co, NJ.
