To the Sheriff of Orange County Greeting
Whereas lately by virtue of an Execution issued by Thomas Fitch Esquire
one of the Justices of the Peace in & for the county of Orange Boston Isley,
a Constable levied on One hundred acres of Land by estimation lying on
Jordan Creek, bounded on the east by Phillip Walker, on the South by
Robert Faucett, on the North by Levi Killion, belonging to the Estate of
Solomon Love and Hiram Love deceased, to satisfy to John Love for the
use of Chesley F. Faucett the sum of Fifty Dollars with Interest from the
25th day of January 1817 besides cost of suit _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
You are therefore hereby commanded to make known to Mary Love widow
of Thomas Love, Sally Love, Snelson Love, James Love, Rutherford
Love & Betsy Love Infants &c by John Taylor their Guardian Pendente Lite,
Joseph Montgomery & Mary his wife, Delia Anne Love by Sam’l
(Samuel) Edmerton her Guardian, David Harvey & Peggy his wife,
William Love, James Love, & Hugh Finley, Archibald Finley, Mary
Finley & Riley Finley Infants &c by John Taylor their Guardian Pendente
Lite & John Love. Heirs of the said Solomon Love & Hiram Love dec’d
(deceased) that they be and appear before the Justices of Our Court of Our
Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the Court of Orange at the
Court House in Hillsborough on 4th Monday of August next then and there
to show cause if any they have wherefore said land shall not be sold to sold
to satisfy the said Debt and Costs of Suit_
Herein fail not and have you then and there this Writ
