LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY CRAIGHEAD

   I, Mary Craighead being weak in body but sound in mind, do make this my last will and testament Viz:
   I give and bequeath unto my son Andrew Craighead or his heirs a certain tract of land with the improvements on the water of Peters Creek in Allegheny County and State of Penna, which I am entitled to by virtue of a warrant from the General Land Office dated the 10th of September 1787.
   I leave and bequeath to all my heirs to be divided equally between them share and share alike all my right and title of dower to land lying and being in Harrison County and State of Virginia.
   In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 11th day of June 1819.

On the 3rd day of December A.D. 1825 personally appeared William Brisben one of the witnesses to within will who on his solemn oath did ...and say he was present and did see and hear Mary Craighead the testatrix sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her last will and testament and that at the time of so doing she was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of his knowledge ...and belief.
Given under my hand at Pittsburgh the date aforesaid
