Cathy Horn will discuss her recent week-long trip to the National Archives and share what she learned about researching NARA both in person and long-distance.

The topic will be ?Digital Dates?. We?ll get a look at new calendar
calculating software from Bob Bengis at Date Prodigy. Then, David Kleiman will do an overview of date and calendar tools found in some of the off the shelf genealogy software and some of the shareware/freeware options that are web available. We should also do a brief review of Gregorian vs. Julian dating and perhaps a word on the Hebrew calendar
