                      Generation One

1.  Maj. Thomas Savage; b. circa 1608; m. Faith Hutchinson, daughter
of William Hutchinson and Anne Marbury, after 1637; m. Mary Symmes,
daughter of Rev. Zachariah Symmes, 15 Sep 1652 at Boston, MA; d. 14
Feb 1682.
     He immigrated in Apr 1635 to Massachusetts; ship 'Planter' from
London, England. He resided at Boston, MA. He was a merchant at
Boston, MA. He resided in 1638 at Rhode Island. He was Major in the
Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company in 1660. He left a will on 28
Jun 1675; proved 9 Mar 1682. He was Commander in Chief in King
Philip's War in 1675/76.

     Faith Hutchinson was baptized on 14 Aug 1617 at Alford,
Lincolnshire, England. She died on 20 Feb 1651/52 at Boston, MA, at
age 34.

     Mary Symmes was born on 9 Apr 1628 at Dunstable, Bedford,
England. She married Anthony Stoddard between 7 Dec 1683 and 10 Apr
1684. She left a will on 5 Feb 1697/98; proved 21 Jul 1710. She died
on 18 Jul 1710 at Boston, MA, at age 82.

     He was educated in 1659 at Harvard College, Cambridge, MA. He was
a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company at Boston, MA.
He was a merchant at Boston, MA. He resided at Boston, MA.
     Hannah Tyng was born on 7 Mar 1640 at Boston, MA. She was
baptized on 6 Sep 1640. She married Gen. Daniel Gookin, son of Daniel
Gookin and Mary Byrd, before 1685; 2nd husband, 3rd wife. She died on
28 Oct 1688 at Cambridge, MA, at age 48. She died on 29 Oct 1688 at
age 48.
     Known children of Capt. Habijah Savage and Hannah Tyng all b. at
Boston, MA, were as follows:

                    Gookin, son of Gen. Daniel Gookin and Mary
                    Dolling, 3 Aug 1685; d. 14 May 1702 at Cambridge,
                    MA, at age 34.


                     Generation Three

3.  Mary Savage (Habijah2, Thomas1); b. 27 Aug 1667 at Boston, MA; m.
Rev. Thomas Weld, son of Thomas Weld and Dorothy Whiting, 22 May 1700
at Cambridge, MA; 2nd wife; d. 2 Jun 1731 at Attleborough, MA, at age
63.
     She resided at Boston, MA.

     Rev. Thomas Weld was born on 12 Jun 1653 at Roxbury, MA. He was
baptized on 12 Jun 1653. He was graduated in 1671 at Harvard College,
Cambridge, MA. He resided at Dunstable, MA. He married Elizabeth
Wilson, daughter of Rev. John Wilson and Sarah Hooker, on 9 Nov 1681;
1st wife. He died on 9 Jun 1702 at possibly Dunstable, MA, at age 48.
